Fellowship Kids Creative Ministry uses the gifts given by our Creator to support interactive and visually appealing experiences to excite the learners about the truths of God’s Word. Our service opportunities enable individuals to share their phenomenal gifts with students and adults in our areas. Service in our ministry is not limited to “Sunday only”, but to the support of the Sunday experience.
When you have a few minutes of free time and want to “do” something, what driving impulse comes to your mind first. Some people want to get paper and watercolor pencils and begin a design that becomes a refrigerator masterpiece. Some go to their garage and turn on the power tools and create a special trunk or bookcase. Others want to listen to a new CD and figure out the cords on the guitar. Have you ever watched a movie and thought “I could act like that”? Do you have a member in your family that is dismantling appliances and putting them back together–and they WORK! Did you ever play with a sock-puppet? NEWSFLASH–you are a creative individual.
Many have told us over the past years they wished they had experienced a program like our Fellowship Kids program when they were younger. But it takes many hours of creating to bring interactive experiences to our students. The return is great as you watch the children engaging in the morning activities.
Experiences include seeing Ambassador Lightbearer use his star box, hearing Dr. Bones read a secret message from Dagon, or of course watching Sir Victor on his quest to replace the stones of vices with the virtuous stones.
All of these elements have to be created or portrayed and your talents are greatly needed.
